Life Stages

The Life Stages program of First Baptist Church is designed to help kids grow in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. A lot of work goes in to our young people because we know they are the future of Christianity. There are three different "Life Stages" that we have here at FBC. Each one provides the proper environment, tools, and leadership to help develop your young person in to a good, godly adult.

Nursery - Our loving and experienced nursery workers provide a clean and safe environment for your little ones. These workers love and pray for the little babies as they go through our nursery department. The 2 & 3 yr olds are taught Bible songs and stories that they will remember the rest of their lives.

Kids - The children's programs of FBC provides something for all ages. The Sunday School classes are small, personal, and taught by a loving teacher. We also provide summer camps, Eagles and Rubies Clubs, Kid's Sing Praise Club on Wednesday nights, and many other exciting activities for your child. Children's churches are held during the Sunday morning service so the young people can enjoy a time filled with games, fun, stories, and most of all, practical Bible teaching.

Teens - The teenage years can be very challenging for young people with all the pressures they face. We believe that teenagers can spend this pivotal time of their lives serving God and learning to grow in the Lord. Our teenagers have a heart to serve, grown, and enjoy the Christian life. Bro. Marks is our youth ministries leader, and his heart is to form a desire in the hearts of our young people for the things of God while encouraging them to enjoy the Christian life. We offer many activities for the teen group including Sunday School, summer camps, youth activities, and youth church. They also have the opportunity to serve in many ministries throughout the church. We believe that this generation needs a youth group that is safe, fun, and focused on spiritual growth.
